Other Details The Contractor's scope of services may include, but not be limited to: 1. Removing and inspecting well and booster pumps, including: a. Shop labor to disassemble equipment into basic components, steam clean, digitally photograph, and prepare for inspection by the City; b. Send motor to a City authorized motor shop for bench testing, disassembly, and inspection; c. Store and protect equipment at the Contractor's facility. The City or any of its vendors/consultants shall be granted access to storage site as necessary; d. Install locking device at well head; and e. Written summary of equipment findings, proposed repairs, including estimated repair cost, and digital pictures of the equipment. 2. Install and perform well and booster pump start-up, including: a. Shop labor to reassemble equipment; b. Detailed summary to include as-built CADD drawings of pump equipment, pump curve, shaft stretch, and thrust bearing calculations; and c. Field labor to check rotation and test pump operation. 3. NPDES compliance. 4. Static and dynamic video surveys, including link to video and color report with screen capture. 5. Flow meter (spinner) surveys under dynamic (pumping) and static (non-pumping) conditions. 6. Test/development pumping. 7. Test engines. 8. Sediment bailing, including containing and disposing of bailed materials. 9. Provide equipment to conduct depth-specific groundwater sampling, and transport / submit samples for testing of specific analytes. 10. Well disinfection. 11. Casing and screen maintenance: a. Conduct EMT survey b. Surging c. High velocity jetting d. Air-jetting (Airburst) e. CO2 injection f. Dual swab airlifting g. Wire brushing h. Chemical or acid treatment i. Install new liner, wire wrap screen, and gravel
