Project Description: The scope of work is abatement and demolition of existing six story concrete structure, temporary shoring, permanent site retaining walls, onsite utilities, offsite utilities and improvements. Estimated Bid Value $24M-$25M Start/Delivery Date October 2025 Project Duration October 2025-January 2029 Prequalifications for the District are due by July 9, 2025 Prequalifications for Sundt Construction Inc. are due prior to July 23, 2025 Scope of Services See attached Invitation to Bid for the details of the bidding process. The Prime Contractor Sundt Construction Inc. was previously awarded this contract under solicitation LB24-0275-39 and is the contractor bidding this project.
