Reference Number 0000296078 Couchiching First Nation is accepting proposals for a turn-key supply and installation of a proposed Splash Pad, including the design, supply and installation of a recirculating water treatment system, and the design, supply and installation of building (i.e., concrete panel or architectural concrete block) to house Provisional washroom facilities, a maintenance room and the water treatment equipment. The intent is to have a contractor provide all design and equipment needed to provide a turnkey Splash Pad, including water treatment recirculation components, site landscaping, and Provisional accessible washroom facilities. As such this project will also require the completion of all work required to service the Splash Pad and facilities from property line of the site. All proposals shall be provided for construction in the summer of 2025 with substantial completion in November 28, 2025 Proposed Commencement of Work (only after written instruction from Couchiching First Nation Tuesday, July 22, 2025 Substantial Completion November 28, 2025 Prior to the execution of a Contract with the Client, the Bidder shall be required to provide to the Client a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Total Bid Price. This full cost of such bonds shall be deemed to be included in the Bid Price for the Contract. The Surety Bonds shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the CCDC approved bond forms.
