Questions related to this Tender are to be submitted to the purchasing representative through electronically. Lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances (the "Town") reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town, in its sole and unfettered discretion.
