The Town is seeking to obtain qualifications from vendors to be under contract for use on an as needed basis for pressure washing services at various Town properties. Multiple vendors may be selected. The Town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time and for any reason, without explanation. The selected vendor(s) must meet the following specifications: Pressure Washing Clean exterior surfaces of buildings, including walls, sidewalks, entryways, and other hardscape areas as needed. Remove dirt, mildew, and other surface contaminants. Window Cleaning Clean all accessible exterior and interior windows, including frames and sills, to a streak-free finish. Remove dust, dirt, fingerprints, water spots, cobwebs, and other residue. Locations: A list of Town buildings and sites will be provided upon contract award. Locations may include administrative offices, community centers, libraries, public works facilities, and other municipal properties.
