**As of July 23rd, 2025, bids were rejected and will rebid, project will be rebid next year .** The streets proposed for rehabilitation are Abbey Way, Canton Court, Haverton Circle, Haverton Road, Morson Circle, and Winthrop Court. Proposed street rehabilitation improvements include bituminous pavement reclamation, storm sewer improvements, water main maintenance, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter repair, catch basin repair, bituminous surfacing, pedestrian ramp improvements, restoration, and appurtenant work. UTILITIES Total of six (6) storm sewer manhole installations. Total of fifteen (15) water main utility excavations for maintenance operations. STREET REHABILITATION Approximately 12,400 SY of bituminous pavement reclamation. Approximately 3,100 TON of bituminous pavement. Approximately 2,750 LF of B618 concrete curb and gutter, Approximately 850 SY of sod. Bids shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to perform all the work in connection with the above stated project. All Bids must be accompanied by a Cash Deposit, Certified Check or Bid Bond, made payable to the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of Bid, conditioned that if the Bidder is the successful Bidder, he will enter into an Agreement with the City in accordance with said bid and will furnish such Performance and Payment Bids as are specified. If the Bidder fails to enter into an Agreement, this deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in Bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the Bids.
