Acting as the Construction Manager for the City of Omaha Millwork Commons Parking Garage project in Omaha, NE, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for the Site Demolition Package. The project includes demolition of existing 1108 Nicholas Street 2-story building. Scope of work includes Asbestos Abatement and Demolition. The schedule for this project is to start August 2025.
