GAOA Trout Lake Water System Replacement - Provide and install approximately 2,800 lineal feet of new 6" and 2" waterline and related valves and fittings and connection to existing service connections and new water meters. This project has been designed to have the ability to be accomplished in phases, due to potential funding limitations. The plan set has clear explanation regarding the three phases; refer to the plan set. The three phases are summarized below: a. Phase 1 (Base Item 1): Installation of new water line at entrance to site from main water line running along frontage of Ranger Station site, new master meter, and the installation of water main and hydrants to phasing limits shown in the plan set. Note, the intersection between Phase 1 and Phase 2 are located near building 1019 and 2800. b. Phase 2 (Option Item 1): Installation of the remainder of new water main not installed in Phase 1 and associated fire hydrants. See plan set for phasing limits. Note, the intersection between Phase 1 and Phase 2 are located near building 1019 and 2800. c. Phase 3 (Option Item 2): Installation of new service lines on site, and abandonment of old water mains and services. This phase will also include the overhead fire truck fill station. 2. Provide and install a new truck fill water station; 3. Provide and install new yard hydrants; and 4. Other related items to complete the above work. The project site is located at the Mt. Adams Ranger District Compound (Klickitat County, WA). The compound address is as follows: 2455 Highway 141 Trout Lake, WA 98650 Estimated start work: August 4, 2025 ; complete the entire work ready for use not later than November 30, 2025.
