This project is to build a new fire station apparatus storage building in Ririe, Idaho. The facility will be located on property currently owned by the Central Fire District. This property is located at 249 West Ririe Highway, Ririe, ID. See Exhibit A for concept design documents. The work associated with the new building is anticipated to include the following Demolition of existing concrete foundations and elements remaining from the prior building New 60' x 80' pre-engineered metal building engineered to satisfy Risk Category IV requirements within the International Building Code as required for fire station facilities. The building is anticipated to be a single slope roof configuration with the low end of the building anticipated at 24' height. Three (3) vehicle bays - each 20' wide The fourth 20' wide bay is anticipated for business and residential functions either as part of this project or as part of a future phase depending on funding levels allocated for the project. The business and residential uses are anticipated to be in a 2-story stacked configuration. Fire suppression system throughout the building Mechanical systems to maintain tempered conditions for the vehicle bays (unit heater systems anticipated) Business and residential function areas will be serviced with a residential type system with a single or multiple furnaces as needed for the spaces.
