This is a combined synopsis/ for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only ; quotes are being requested and a written will not be issued. ii. The number is 1232SA25Q0149 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5315 revision 26 for Canadian County, Oklahoma is applicable and is attached. iv. This is issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 333415 the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 - HVAC REPAIR/REPLACE ON BUILDING 07 vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: See attached SOW vii. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Deliver and installation 90 Days ARO USDA - ARS 7207 W Cheyenne St. El Reno, OK 73036 viii. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements and its addendum. ix. Evaluation: For the evaluation criteria, please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions. x. Quoters are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (DEVIATION), with their quote online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An quoter must state in their quote if they completed FAR 52.212-3 online and that is it up-to-date and valid. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency s, including 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals--Representation, and paragraph (t) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Agencies will not consider or use these representations. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM xi. A can be scheduled by contacting Troy Gibbens - troy.gibbensusda.gov - 405-243-1367 Project Description: HVAC repair on BD. 07 (Visitor Center) 2nd floor, at the USDA, ARS, OCPARC El Reno, 7207 W. Cheyenne Street, El Reno, OK 73036. Replace 5Ton HVAC System (serves 2nd floor, furnace located in 2nd floor closet) s: 1-1. Remove old furnace (132k btu 80), A-coil (5ton), condenser (5ton), and filter drier. 1-2. Install new furnace (120k btu 95+), A-coil (5ton), condenser (5ton 16 SEER), and filter drier. 1-3. fabricate and install new supply/return transitions to match up to existing duct work. 1-4. Install all necessary drain lines between new furnace cabinet, and existing drainpipe located in closet. 1-5. Install/modify new flue piping as necessary. 1-6. Utilize existing line set if possible. 1-7. Flush and purge existing line set to be used with new refrigerant. 1-8. Leak check new system with dry nitrogen. 1-9. Connect unit to disconnect box with new whip. 1-10. Evacuate system and charge to manufacturer specs. 1-11. Test heating and cooling for proper operation. 1-12. Provide all warranty paperwork to customer. 1-13. Clean up jobsite. Off-site disposal is the contractor's responsibility. Some of the equipment/parts being replaced may be of use to the facility. Maintenance staff will be allowed to keep some/any of the removed equipment/parts for facility needs. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation to the job site, and supervision for the job indicated above. The contractor shall furnish all material except material listed in the government furnished material section of this document.
