Questions Due Date: Jul 1st 2025, 12:00 AM MDT Contact Information: Lane Peirce, lpeirce@provo.gov Installing approximately1375 linear feet of 8" ductile iron waterline, including all associated fittings, valves, bends, spool pieces, adaptor, etc. A. The Work will be Substantially Complete by September 15, 2025. Provo City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of Provo City. A. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Unsealed or segregated Bids will not be accepted. D. For information about the Construction Contract, contact Lane Pierce, Project Engineer at (801) 852-7788. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract.
