The County of Orange ("County") is soliciting bids for the placement and compaction of asphalt pavement on designated non-highway projects, as may be required by the County, by geographic zone. 2. Contracts will be awarded on a per zone basis. As such, a separate bid must be submitted for each zone identified in this RFB.
