This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for supply and construction/installation of four (4) park entrance signs for Duck Mountain Provincial Park as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). Work may also include supply and construction/installation of four (4) additional campground signs in Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The work is being done in Duck Mountain Provincial Park along the 4 major entry routes into the park. The work sites will be partially occupied during construction with traffic on the adjacent entry roads. Anticipated Execution of Agreement August 1, 2025 A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%); of the Contract Price A labour and materials payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
