Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work: The project involves the supply and install of three new offloading floats: two (2) at Deschambault Lake (54°55'20.84"N Lat, 103°21'42.00"W Long) and one (1) at Thicket Portage (55°18'31.03"N Lat 97°40'18.81"W Long). The project also includes miscellaneous harbour repairs at both sites. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by October 31st, 2025. Question Deadline 06/23/2025 In writing to DFO.tenders-soumissions.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca , seven (7) working days prior to the closing date. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded.
