Reference Number 0000296322 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/02 02:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2025/07/02 01:00:00 PM CDT Bidders to provide schedule and list of work that can be completed within the remaining 2024 Construction Season. Once accepted in writing by the Owner and the Consultant, the Contractorshall commence work, and achieve Substantial Performance of the Work and 100% billing prior to March 1, 2026. Total completion must be achieved no later than March 31, 2026. A Bid Bond for an amount which is equal to ten per cent (10%) of the stipulated lump sum price of the Bid, signed, sealed and issued by a surety to transact business in the province or territory of the Project. A 50% performance bond and 50% labour and material payment bond for Contracts over $100,000.00, issued by the surety which issued the Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond, in the prescribed forms, where specified. The Owner reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids without notice or reasons including, without limitation, the lowest Bid, and to accept the Bid that, in the Owner's sole discretion is deemed most advantageous, notwithstanding any custom, usage or agreement in the industry or trade, or any other policy or practice.
