* Award subject to final approval. SCOPE OF WORK D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and install of two basketball standards, line painting and heightening of existing chain link fencing plus new rails and mesh. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Removals (b) Chain link fencing (c) Basketball standards incl. posts and concrete base (d) Pick up & install basketball backboard and rims (e) Line painting A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price Labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities, if the interests of the City so require.
