SCOPE OF WORK 1. Supply all materials, plant and labour required to complete the ceiling upgrades at various schools as indicated. 2 Furniture and equipment removal by Owner. 3. Remove and reinstall existing light fixtures where indicated or as required for install of new ceiling 4. Supply new light fixtures where indicated. 5 Contractor to neatly cut all existing devices to remain in new ceilings tiles. If removal and reinstallation is necessary, work should be done by a qualified trade. 6. Contractor shall allow for any and all verification costs. Adjustments to any fire alarm system devices, of any kind, must be done by a qualified trade and the Contractor shall allow for all verification costs. 7. Item 028-Hedges Middle School, 369 Fairlane Ave. Hallway H4-Remove and replace 24" x 48' ceiling tiles and paint existing grid as per attached specifications and drawing A3-A5 (Approx. 1288 sq. ft.) Room 216-Remove and replace 24" x 48" ceiling tiles and paint existing grid as per attached specifications and drawing A6 (Approx. 804 sq. ft.). Item 03B Jameswood Alternative School, 1 Braintree Cres. Room 217-Remove and replace 24" x 48" ceiling tiles and paint existing grid as per attached specifications and drawing A6 (Approx. 800 sq. ft.). Item 04A-Ecole Voyageur, 37 Voyageur Ave. Room 14-Install new ceiling tiles, grid, and light fixtures as per attached specifications and drawings A7. (Approx. 777 sq. ft.). Item 05A-Westwood Collegiate, 360 Rouge Rd. Room 104-Install new ceiling tiles, grid, and light fixtures as per attached specifications and drawings A8. (Approx. 1736 sq. ft.). The Bidder shall examine the project sites before submitting a Bid and shall be satisfied as to the nature and location of the Work, means of access to the place of work, location of all obstructions and utilities affecting the Work and shall cover the cost of all items included in the Bid documents The Bidder shall contact the Head Caretaker of the school prior to inspection.
