The CMHR is committed to providing an engaging and respectful environment that promotes a safe visitation experience through quality standards acceptable to its visitors, building occupants and employees. With guidance from the CMHR Facilities Team and routine management reviews, the CMHR will expect a high level of accountability through communication and reporting from the Contractor in delivering a proactive approach. The CMHR stakes its reputation on the quality of their visitors' experience. Maintaining a superior standard of clean windows at the facility is critical to continued success. Accordingly, the Contractor must provide a high level of service to ensure clear and clean views throughout the facility. The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) requires a qualified and capable service provider for interior window cleaning services while meeting our unique needs.
