Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Summary: Addition of two (2) new rooftop exhaust fans. Modification to existing Gym Air Handling Unit including new motors and VFD's, as well as new motorized dampers within ductwork to facilitate new exhaust sequences. Replacement and installation of electrical and controls as required. Substantial Performance of the Work is required for Owner use before the 1st day, of the September, in the year 2025. Bid bond in the amount of not less than ten (10)% of the bid price.
