Storefront Window & Door Replacements o EA Accounting (2 fixed, 2 double doors) o Estetica Pilar (1 fixed window) o Panaderia (4 fixed windows) o Don Daniel's o (north side) 3 fixed o (east side) 2 single hung-doors a. Replace and Install NEW double pane insulated, black anodized frame windows as designated by the list above and highlights on drawings. b. Replace and Install NEW glass pane doors & framing hardware(black), matching dimensions and style of existing 5. Exterior Door a. Replace and install a NEW custom-fit commercial grade door, including all required framing, hardware & lockset on the north side of Don Daniel's. 6. Paint a. Patch, clean repair and paint existing stucco building, only on EAST and SOUTH sides. Bright Red (Dynasty Marquee, Rumors Red or similar) b. Existing trim/pop-outs and existing window frames to be painted bright black to match new installed frames (Dynasty Marquee, Bright Black or similar).
