Reference number: 20079259 Electronic tender submission accepted No Estimated contract value 33 400 $ to 99 999 $ CISSS des Laurentides wishes to survey the market for the collection, transportation, treatment and safe disposal of hazardous materials, mainly non-anatomical waste such as : - Non-anatomical sharps containers (syringes, needles, blades, etc.); - Bags containing contaminated non-anatomical waste (e.g. tubing, soft bags). The service will include, but is not limited to: - Collection of 360-liter containers and compliant bags; - Regular pickup according to a pre-established schedule or on request; - Transportation in accordance with applicable standards for hazardous materials; - Treatment and final disposal of waste in compliance with environmental and health standards; - Traceability and delivery of destruction certificates; - Service at all 58 CISSS des Laurentides facilities, including : - 43 facilities with 360-liter containers; - 15 facilities with containers/cardboard boxes smaller than 360 liters; - Maintenance of 360-liter containers, including : - Replacement with a clean bin in the event of departure for the service provider's facilities; - On-site maintenance in all other cases; - No transfer of materials: no transfer of contents from 360-liter bins to other containers provided *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
