Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours before the date and time scheduled for the receipt of bids. UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jerome reserves the right to refuse a submission from a contractor, service provider or supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening the tenders, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the City. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (ACCQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). RESERVE: The City shall not be liable if any written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission. Consequently, all bidders must obtain from SEAO, before submitting a bid, all the documents related to this call for tenders.
