Town of Gates will be soliciting bids for Sewer System Improvements, located at Gates, Tennessee. The Sewer System Improvements is a utility improvements project with several functions for the Gates, Tennessee community. The work of this project includes cured-in-place pipe and point repairs. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Submit all questions via email to Laurie Smith, Project Coordinator (lauries@a2h.com) A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of Town of Gates. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
