Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Tenant improvements to support the relocation of the existing T5 tenant, American Airlines (AA), to the TBIT South Concourse for the duration (approximately 3 years) of the T5 renovation and reconstruction project. The scope includes placement of a temporary American Airlines club in the existing Gate 151 and 153 holdrooms on the concourse (Level 4). The club will be separated from the concourse area by a partialheight wall. The scope also includes installation of equipment and furniture to support the food prepares on the ramp (Level 3). There is no added square footage or increase in occupant load. A Performance and Payment (P&P) bond will be required from all subcontractors.
