Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Los Angeles DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Current contractor and cost: So Cal Property Services for Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services. Parking lot sweeping cost per month $497.50 and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning cost per month $373.00 Total cost $31,338.00 for thirty-six (36) months. Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Los Angeles DMV Field Office. The DMV shall email or mail bidding contractors a written notice of contract award. Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Los Angeles DMV field office (approximately 92,824 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot) for the term of this Agreement. Written responses to SB Bid questions released by: 6/27/2025 4:30 p.m. In addition to any other remedy available under this Agreement or applicable law, the DMV may dispute an invoice or invoices submitted by the Contractor and withhold amounts owed by the Contractor to the DMV under this Agreement, including but not limited to amounts owed for breach, amounts owed as liquidated damages, and amounts owed due to overpayments from amounts claimed by the Contractor on invoices submitted to the DMV and otherwise owed by the DMV to the Contractor under this Agreement.
