The Base Bid includes the cost to complete all work as described in the project documents. The Base Bid shall include, without limitation, labor, materials, bailing, shoring, removal, overhead, profit, insurance to include builder risk if applicable. Note: refer to the instructions to bidders for construction projects, number 3 components of the bid. The Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, the following items: a. Remove and replace the concrete slabs on metal deck and finishes at each portico to create positive drainage away from the entrance doors. b. Remove and replace the exterior concrete stairs and finishes at each portico to adjust to new floor elevations. c. Remove and replace entrance storefront at each portico. d. Temporarily remove and reinstall electronic door controls. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Project No. 2301.0032, WAI #23007 Replace Lobby Door & Repair Steps at the Revenue Administration Building The work shall be completed within 365 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $750.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions.
