The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a level 2 renovation to existing interior first floor bathrooms. Renovations include the removal of existing interior bathroom partition walls, doors, plumbing, lighting fixtures, and interior finishes. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
