Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Construction of new exhibition greenhouse complex at the Botanical Gardens. The new facility will feature the visitor reception and services areas, exhibition spaces are spread across six exhibition greenhouses, three interspersed spaces complement and diversify the offerings and experiences offered to visitors and a support zone that will house all the technical and service areas. The project anticipates that 350 visitors will be able to be present in the building at any one time. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consulting firm for the preparation of a technical and functional programming of the project. FTP preparation is underway. Scope of work, final budget and timelines of the project development will be established based of FTP data. Further update in summer 2026.
