Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope which shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words Mobridge City Walking Trail Overlay. A deposit (certified or cashier's check) in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid or a bond equal to 10% of the total bid is required to accompany each bid submitted. Proof of insurance must also be provided. The City of Mobridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid it deems most favorable and it the best interest of the City of Mobridge after all bids have been examined.
