Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Mobridge, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the construction of new aeration basins, a final clarifier, a biosolids dewatering system, and miscellaneous items at the Mobridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond equal to 10% of the full bid amount or a 5% cashier's check. Bidders must possess a valid South Dakota tax license dated at least 10 days prior to the bid opening, and must include applicable taxes in their bid prices. Bidders are required to comply with federal and state regulations including participation by Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises, Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, American Iron and Steel requirements, registration in the System for Award Management, Equal Employment Opportunity, Civil Rights laws, and Section 3 requirements for HUD funded projects. All relevant forms in the bid proposal must be completed and submitted. Plans and specifications must be provided free of charge to South Dakota contractors. Further details regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are specified in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
