Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in River Edge, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes approximately: 24,326 S.Y. of Hot Mix Asphalt Milling, 3 or less (2 Pay Limit); 3,273 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5 M64 Surface Course, 2 Thick; 80 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt 19 M64 Base Course, 4 Thick; 166 L.F. of 24 Traffic Stripes, Hot Extruded Thermoplastic, White (Stop Bar); 432 L.F. of 12 Traffic Stripes, Hot Extruded Thermoplastic, White (Crosswalk); 600 L.F. of 4 Traffic Stripes, Hot Extruded Thermoplastic, Yellow and White and relating improvement to complete the project . Time of Completion for this project is 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Maintenance Guarantee for the project is 100% Docs notes : Copies of the specifications and drawings will be furnished to each bidder for $50 for electronic copies only (which is non-refundable), Payable to Costa Engineering Corp., The Borough reserves the right to limit the number of sets given to any bidder. Hard copies can be requested 24 hours in advance at $150.00 per set. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any and all causes as may be permissible in the Local Public Contracts Law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
