BASE BID The scope of work includes approximately: 9 C.Y. of Test Pit; 200 C.Y. of excavation; 330 L.F. of 15" ADS HDPE Pipe; 54 L.F. of 12" ADS HDPE Pipe; 70 Ton of Hot Mix Asphalt 19 M64 Base Course, 8" Thick; 8 Unit of Inlet Type B and numerous related improvements to complete the project. Time of Completion for this project is 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages for this project is at $500 per calendar day. Maintenance Guarantee for the project is 100% of Project cost for 2 years from the acceptance of work. Maintenance Guarantee for the project is 100% of Project cost for 2 years from the acceptance of work. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any and all causes as may be permissible in the Local Public Contracts Law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
