The building to be constructed, three storeys high, will comprise 31 dwellings of various types. The site development includes various access points to the building and other landscaping works, including trees and other vegetation. 1.2.2 Project specifics: 1. The excavation, management and environmental disposal of existing soil on the site, requiring in particular a traceability procedure; 2. The design and construction of the project shall comply with the requirements of the Novoclimat programme, under the 'large multi-unit residential building' category, and must obtain certification; 1.2.3 Duration of works: 1. According to the current schedule, the OMHM wishes for construction work to commence as soon as possible following the signing of contract CCDC 2 - 2020.
