Site work for a mixed-use development in Rocky View County, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The 2025 RVC Pathway Program will have two locations, Railway Ave Pathway and 4th St NE. This project will consist of surface excavation, subgrade excavation, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement & other work. Railway Ave Pathway is an existing asphalt concrete pavement pathway in Langdon. The pathway runs along the Southside of Railway Ave from Centre St to Railway Pl SE. 4th Street Pathway is an existing asphalt concrete pathway located on 4th St NE in Langdon. It runs northwest between the addresses of 52 4th St NE and 54 4th St NE. The Cambridge Parking Lot will be constructed at the west edge of an existing park, on the east side of Park Drive just south of Cambridge Park Boulevard in the community of Conrich. This project will consist of common excavation, excess common disposal, culvert installation, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement (EPS), signage and other work.
