Project includes renovations to an existing recreation facility to include paving, sidewalks, concrete pads, construction of a new concession stand and batting cages, regrading ballfields, fencing, bleachers, resurfacing of tennis courts and more located at 1377 Ga 17 S., Louisville, Georgia. Funding for this project is provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF), awarded under the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget's Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities grant program All contractors shall abide by all Federal Requirements set forth for the project. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. By submitting a Bid, Bidder represents that Bidder will begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the Work within the Contract Time indicated in the Bidding Documents.
