Renovation of a library in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Renovations to Library Building for Fire Department Administration. This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to renovate a portion of the existing library building with build-out of new office for St. John the Baptist Fire Department Administration. Modifications to existing fire suppression, electrical and HVAC systems. Contractors should hold a Louisiana Contractors License in BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.. Quoters on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for quoters and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages: Quoter must agree to provide the specified services for the project NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Thereafter Quoter must agree to pay as liquidated damages the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ($250.00) for each consecutive calendar day thereafter until acceptance is hereinafter provided.
