Suppliers must demonstrate the corporate (company) experience by providing detailed descriptions of completed projects as follows: .1 Provide seven (7) references from clients who have obtained services similar to those requested in this RFP from the Supplier in the past ten (10) years, for the purpose of evaluating the Supplier's experiences and track record of success. .2 Provide one (1) project reference involving technical oversight of process facility operations on the owner's behalf and evaluation of Operators conformance to contracted operating agreements. .3 Provide one (1) project reference involving multidisciplinary design and construction contract administration at an existing or new organic processing facility or other complex operating processing facility, preferably for organic processing facilities or anaerobic digestions facilities with similar complexity to that of the DROPF and the DOPF and a minimum of five million ($5M) in capital construction costs. The reference project should have been successfully commissioned and at a minimum achieved Substantial Performance as defined in the Construction Act. Preference will be given to projects already in operation or substantially completed. .4 Provide five (5) projects demonstrating expertise in each of the following areas: 1. organic pre-processing systems 2. anaerobic digestion systems 3. wastewater treatment systems 4. odour control and treatment systems 5. biogas upgrading. The same project may be used more than once if multiple areas apply.
