Reference Number 0000296042 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/25 02:00:00 PM EDT The University is seeking a contractor for ramp restoration and leak repairs of the parking ram located at Victoria University's (Toronto) Rowell Jackman Hall Building. SCOPE OF WORK Prior to initiation of the Work, provide a construction schedule to the Consultant and Owner(s) that incorporates the project phasing to accommodate use of the ramp during construction, and anticipated full ramp shutdown periods. 2 Contractor to review all project Specifications and Drawings Contractor shall make provisions for the coring and testing of the existing slab concrete, with a minimum of three cores, as specified and directed by the Consulting Engineer. Tests shall include, but not be limited to, compression and chloride testing in accordance with all applicable standards. Provide all supervision, tools, equipment, materials, formwork, scaffolding, shoring, hoarding, fencing, protection, temporary walkways, traffic controls, signage, site safety measures, administrative services, insurance, and permits to execute all Work as specified including all requitements detailed under Division 1. The Work to be carried out for the parking garage rehabilitation includes, but is not limited to, the following: The contractor shall, prior to commencement of the Work, provide a 50% performance bond and a 100% labour and material payment bond, all premiums and other costs of which are included in the Contract Price. Such bonds shall be issued by a fully licensed surety company authorized to transact the business of suretyship in the province or territory of the Place of the Work and shall be maintained in good standing until the fulfillment of the Contract.
