Reference Number 0000296193 The TTC requires the Supply And Delivery Of Miscellaneous Gates, Hoses, Fittings & Adapters that is used primarily for the maintenance of work-cars. The term of the Contract shall be for up to a three (3) year term, with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of TTC, subject to acceptable price negotiations and satisfactory Company performance. The term of the Contract will be set out on TTC's Purchase Order (PO), commencing upon Notification of Award. The TTC's right to accept or reject any or all Bids or to accept a Bid including the lowest price Bid, whether or not it complies with the Bid Documents, or to cancel this RFB at any time prior to the Notification of Award is expressly reserved without liability to the TTC. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
