Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Winchester Square (55 Bleecker St) is a 14-storey apartment building containing 260 residential units and was built in approximately 1980. The building contains an existing diesel generator which is at end of life and requires replacement. The purpose of this project is to replace this existing generator with a new natural gas generator which shall be located on the roof. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 55 Bleecker St. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced Proposal.
