The City of Hyattsville, Maryland, invites sealed responses to this Request for Proposal , for On-Call Facilities Maintenance Services. The City of Hyattsville Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining all buildings owned and operated by the City. This solicitation seeks to establish on-call service agreements with one or more qualified contractors to provide comprehensive facilities maintenance services. Under this agreement, the contractor(s) will supply skilled labor, equipment, and materials to perform various maintenance tasks across City facilities on an as-needed basis. The primary objective of this partnership is to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality maintenance necessary to support the City's operational needs and ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities. The selected contractor will serve as an extension of City staff, performing maintenance tasks that include routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and more complex troubleshooting and repairs as needed. These durations and dates are for information purposes only and the owner reserves the right to revise any of the durations and to terminate and/or to not initiate any and/or all the solicitation steps. Proposals from all Contractors meeting the minimum qualifications detailed in this solicitation will be reviewed and evaluated. The City reserves the right to reject any and all RFP submissions and further reserves the right to reissue the RFP.
