As of September 15, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. A prospective engineer has been awarded and is expected to be awarded in September 2025. It is anticipated construction will start in Septemer 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Allen County Sanitary Engineer will be selecting an engineering firm to perform preliminary evaluation, design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services for a new Project Bosc pump station and forcemain in American Township. Proposed Facility: Pump station and forcemain capable of handling approximately 2.5 MGD peak flow. Project Length: Approximately 17,000 feet Construction Cost: $20,250,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
