**As of June 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Slusser Contracting, with an awarded amount of$134,978.10.** The following legal notice is for the construction of storm sewer systems and waterway clearing and excavation located in Section 18 of American Township, Allen County Ohio. The total project area encompasses approximately 3.9 acres. Work items include but are not limited to; 2,686 LF of 18" HDPE pipe; 2,000 CY of waterway excavation, 2,700 SY of Residential Seeding and Mulching; Catch Basins; Clearing and Grubbing; Tree Removal of various sizes; other work items as noted in the plans and bid documents. Said bids shall be accompanied with a bid bond or certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will sign the contract for the performance of the work, and for furnishing the material bid upon, and will furnish such bond to the Board of Allen County Commissioners for the performance of the contract signed as may be required by law. Bidder is responsible for all fees associated for submitting a bid on the project. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Est. Value: $ 185,320.00 Est.
