Site work and paving for a civil project in Monroe Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a 10% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than October 28, 2022 The Board of Allen County Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or to waive any irregularities pursuant liquidated damages shall be $ 600 per day. Bids will be for the realignment of Wapak Road north of S.R. 309 by constructing 504 feet of full depth pavement (2-12' lanes); removing pavement on the existing alignment; demolishing a one story timber frame garage; installation of roadway drainage items; and construction of all required grading, signage, and other required items per the plans.
