The Bowling Green City Schools Board of Education seeks the services of Flooring Contractors to perform repairs and refinishing for Flooring in the School District. There are a variety of flooring types in the District: high gloss finished wood luxury vinyl tile (LVT) vinyl composite tile (VCT) carpet squares broad-weave carpet, ceramic finished/polished/stained concrete hardwood for gyms textured rubber squares used for ramps to meet ADA standards Contractors must provide their own tools and equipment. The District intends to award contracts to up to three (3) Flooring Contractors as a result of this RFP; however, there shall be no guarantee of work. Written Questions due by 2:00 pm 6/24/2025 Questions must be submitted in writing via email to christopher.seabolt@bgreen.kyschools.us Anticipated District Response to Written Questions 7/1/20252 The District reserves the right to award this contract in whole, in part, or not at all so that its best interest is served. The District also reserve the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, to request additional information, and to negotiate with contractors.
