The Bowling Green City Schools Board of Education seeks the services of Tree Cutting/Trimming/Removal and Shrub Contractors to perform tree cutting, tree trimming, tree removal and shrub services for the District. Question Deadline 06/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted in writing via email to christopher.seabolt@bgreen.kyschools.us . All questions and responses will be posted on the website where this RFP is posted on or around July 1, 2025. The initial Contract period is expected to be July 21, 2025, or upon Board approval (whichever is later) through June 30, 2026. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the Contract may be renewed for up to three 1-year periods (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027; July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028; July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029). The District reserves the right to add goods/services to awarded contracts, provided they are within the scope of the original contract and mutually agreed upon by the parties. The District reserves the right to award this contract in whole, in part, or not at all so that its best interest is served. The District also reserve the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, to request additional information, and to negotiate with contractors.
