BCC Kelowna LM - Suite 100 ACU Renovation. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent is yet to be identified. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and additional consultants not set forth in the Services outlined below. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. Further update in late summer 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
