BCC Kelowna LM - Suite 100 ACU Renovation. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and additional consultants not set forth in the Services outlined below. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects >5M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects >5M. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authoritys pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): Mechanical, Electrical, Structural.
