The Project includes the following Work: Limited demolition, plumbing, electrical, heating, concrete, new fixtures, new fascia and spouting, doors, lighting, and painting. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
