**As of July 10,2025, the project was awarded to Barbicas Paving LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Work shall be subject to the prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations and work performed in accordance with ODOT Specifications. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Work shall not begin prior to authorization in writing by the Board of Nimishillen Township Trustees Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of (1) a certified check, or cashier's check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid, or (2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both forms of guaranties as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. The Nimishillen Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to decrease or omit any item or items, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept any bid or combination of bids which is deemed most favorable to the Township at the time and under the conditions stipulated
