Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
In general, the project consists of demolition of three existing structures and construction of a new concessions stand building and associated site work. Construction scopes of work include a masonry building, exposed glu-lam and timber framing, concrete footings, foundation walls, & piers, asphalt shingle roof, gutters & downspouts, cabinets, countertops, hollow metal doors & frames, overhead coiling & sectional doors, site concrete, walk-in cooler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and excavation work. This project also includes new water, sanitary and storm utilities.
